Noodle Cottage Cheese Pudding

Ingredients
  Wide noodles 8 Ounce
  Dry cottage cheese/Pot cheese 1 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook and drain noodles.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 -quart casserole and bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for about 45 minutes.
