Chocolate Swirled Pudding
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Fudge topping||4 Teaspoon|
|Peanut butter||4 Teaspoon|
|Peanuts||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
In a 4-cup glass measure mix sugar, cornstarch, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; slowly stir in milk.
Micro-cook, uncovered, 3 minutes; stir.
Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until thickened and bubbly, stirring after each minute.
Stir a moderate amount of hot mixture into egg; return to hot mixture.
Cook, uncovered, till bubbly, about 1 minute.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
Top each with 1 teaspoon of the fudge topping and 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter, if desired; swirl with knife.
Top with nuts.
