Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slice 6 Ounce, toasted and cut into 1 inch pieces (Six 1 Ounce Pieces)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Egg whites 2
  Instant nonfat dry milk powder 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Place bread in a 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Combine eggs and next 8 ingredients. Add raisins and peaches; stir gently. Pour over bread. Place casserole in a shallow pan; add hot water to pan to depth of 1 inch. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
