Grandma's Old Fashioned Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  White raisins 3 Tablespoon, plumped in hot water
  Evaporated milk 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°.
Lightly butter a 9"x 5"x 3" loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cinnamon.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until just set.
