|Flour||5 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in 2-quart saucepan.
Add milk slowly, stirring to mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Pour into custard cups; chill until firm.
Top with whipped cream if desired
