Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
Directions

1. In 2-cup glass measure, stir together sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in milk and egg until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on high 2 minutes or until boiling, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in vanilla.
2. Divide fruit between 2 dessert bowls. Pour warm pudding over fruit.
