Corn And Nutmeg Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Ears of corn 6 , grated
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat egg yolks lightly and egg whites until stiff.
Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
Fold in beaten egg whites and pour into baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
