Orange Rice Pudding
|Pudding rice||2 Ounce (1/4 Cup, 50 Gram, Italian)|
|Sugar||2 Ounce (1/3 Cup, 50 Gram)|
|Milk||1 Pint (2 1/2 Cups, 575 Milliliter)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Sultanas||2 Ounce (1/3 Cup, 50 Gram, Golden Raisins)|
Place all the ingredients in a 2 1/4 / 4 pt glass bowl. Cook on high for 7 - 8 minutes or until the mixture is just boiling. Stir thoroughly.
Reduce to medium and cook for 20 - 25 minutes. Stir several times during the cooking period to prevent lumps forming.
Remove the pudding from the oven and allow it to stand and thicken for 7 - 8 minutes before serving.
