Anjeer Ka Pudding
|Dried figs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), minced|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Or Maida)|
|Condensed milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Jaggery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cardamom powder||1 Teaspoon|
Mix figs, raisins, almonds, breadcrumbs, and flour sifted with baking powder.
Add jaggery, condensed milk, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt.
Blend well, adding a little water if needed.
Put into a suitable mould, cover with foil and steam over boiling water in a steamer for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with custard sauce.
