its a light pudding which can be further flavoured with chocolate or any other flavouring of ur choice.can be filled with different filling like banana caramel,caramalised ginger,lemon grass...i mean anything
Ingredients
  Crumbs 250 Gram (Sponge)
  Egg yolks 3
  Fresh milk 160 Milliliter
  Sugar 100 Gram
  Egg whites 3
  Nuts 40 Gram
  Liqueur 25 Milliliter
  Vanilla essence 3 Milliliter
  Sauce 75 Gram (Chocolate Flavored)
  Sauce 75 Gram (Vanilla Flavored)
  Fruit sauce 75 Gram
Directions

1. crumb the sponge thoroughly mix in the yolks, milk & flavor
2. add liqueur.nuts
3. make meringue & fold in pour into prepared pan w/ butter & sugar
4. bake at 180`c in water bath until done ganish as required

light and juicy cake which i normally use for my ala carte in restaurant and also for my banquets. depending on the flavour can be served with different sauces
