Easy Baked Rice Pudding
|Rice||3 Ounce (75 g)|
|Brown sugar||2 Ounce (50 g)|
|Milk||2 Pint (1 1/4 Liter)|
|Butter||1 Ounce, cut into small pieces (25 g)|
Put the rice, sugar and milk into a lightly greased ovenproof dish and stir to mix.
Dot over the butter and put into the oven preheated to cool (150°C/300°F or Gas Mark 2).
Bake for 2 1/2 hours, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
Stir once or twice during the cooking period.
