Easy Microwave Chocolate Pudding
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Microwave milk in a 4-cup glass measure at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl.
Stir into the hot milk mixture; then add the beaten eggs.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened.
Stir once or twice.
Pour into serving dishes and chill before serving.
