Fresh Corn Pudding

Ingredients
  Fresh corn pulp/Cream-style corn 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg 1 (separated)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine corn pulp, egg yolk, sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Pour into buttered shallow 1 -quart baking dish and dot with butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
