Christmas Pudding Sauce
|Eggs||4 Small, separated|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cooled|
|Whipped cream||2 Pint|
Stage1-In a bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar and cooled butter.
Stage2-In other bowl beat egg whites until stiff.
Stage3- In large bowl, whip cream. Add butter and egg mixture. Fold in egg whites. Add vanilla. Chill until ready to serve.
Stage4-Stir and serve over slices of warm pudding.
