Ingredients
For layer 1
  Butter/Oleo 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 stick)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
For layer 2
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package, Philadelphia)
  Cool whip 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For layer 3
  Chocolate instant pudding 3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 package)
  Instant vanilla pudding 3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 package)
For layer 4
  Cool whip 3 Ounce (1 Small Carton)
  Chocolate bar 1 , shaved (Hershey's)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix melted butter, flour, walnuts and sugar together and press into an 8x8" pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix layer 2 ingredients together; pour this onto layer 1.
For layer 3, prepare instant puddings as directed and pour over layer 2.
For layer 4, pour cool whip on top of layer 3, add grated or shaved chocolate and add chopped nuts, sprinkled on top.
