Steamed Cranberry Pudding

Ingredients
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soda 2 Teaspoon
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh)
  Butter sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine molasses, boiling water and soda.
Stir to blend and let cool to lukewarm.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into cooled mixture.
Stir to blend.
Stir in cranberries.
Put in 1-qt.greased mould.
Cover loosely with foil.
Steam 1 1/2 hours.
