|Sago/Semolina / ground rice||2 1⁄2 Ounce|
Heat the milk to almost boiling, then sprinkle in the sago, semolina or ground rice, stirring briskly.
Simmer until the grain is cooked and the mixture begins to thicken —about 10-15 min.
Add the sugar.
