Baked Spiced Crumb Pudding
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Safflower oil||3 Teaspoon|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted unbleached flour||8 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine bread crumbs and buttermilk.
Combine the oil, honey, and molasses and stir into the crumb mixture.
Sift together the dry ingredients.
Stir into crumb mixture.
Pour into a greased 6 1/2-inch-square or 5 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° 35-40 minutes.
