Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients
  Persimmon pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Stir in soda to persimmon pulp.
Add sugar, beaten egg and melted butter.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients and milk to persimmon mixture.
Pour into greased 9" x 9" pan.
Bake at 300° for 45 min.
