|Soft bread cubes||4 Cup (64 tbs) (About 4 Slices Bread)|
|Dried fruit bits/Dried cranberries / dried cherries / raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place milk and margarine in 4-cup microwavable measure.
Microwave uncovered on high 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread bread cubes evenly in round microwavable dish, 8 X 1 1/2 inches.
Sprinkle with fruit bits, brown sugar and nuts.
Quickly stir eggs into warm milk mixture.
Pour over fruit.
