  Rum/Brandy 1⁄8 Pint
  Castor sugar 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 1⁄8 Pint
Directions

Whisk all the ingredients in a basin placed over a pan of boiling water.
Whisk vigorously all the time until the sauce is thick and frothy.
