Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
  Flour 6 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon (Rounded)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Ounce
  Sugar 2 Ounce
  Desiccated coconut 2 Ounce
  Egg 1
  Milk 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Mix)
Directions

Grease a 1 1/2-pt. pudding basin.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking-powder.
Rub in the fat and add the sugar and coconut.
Mix to a soft dropping consistency with the beaten egg and milk.
Put the pudding mixture into the basin and cover with a piece of greased paper.
Steam for 1 1/2—2 hr.
