Shahed Nimbu Ka Pudding

|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Thick cream||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Melt gelatine in 1/2 cup hot water.
Add lemon juice, honey and vanilla essence.
Chill till nearly set.
Remove and slowly beat in the cream.
Put in a suitable mould and chill till set.
Turn out and serve with additional honey, if desired.
