Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Fat free milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), divided
  Semisweet chocolate chips 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine 1 cup fat-free milk and chocolates in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until chocolates melt, stirring every minute.
3. Add remaining 2/3 cup fat-free milk, sugar,vanilla, and eggs to chocolate mixture, stir well. Add bread cubes, toss well to coat. Let stand 10
minutes. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until set.
