Caramel Topped Rice Pudding
|Round grain rice||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Topping)|
Put the rice into an oven-proof dish.
Add the sugar and milk.
Bake in a moderate oven, 350°F, for about 1 hour.
Remove the dish from the oven, top with a layer of brown sugar and return to the oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning the heat to low, to allow the topping to caramelize.
