Tapioca Pudding

I’d never made anything with tapioca before, so I decided to buy some and try it out. I made something which was a combination of a recipe I found online and the recipe on the back of the packet.
Ingredients
  Coconut milk 165 Milliliter
  Soymilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tapioca 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extarct 1 Teaspoon
  Bananas 2 Medium, slice
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rum 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh mint leaves 4 Small
Directions

MAKING
1. Pour coconut milk in a pot with soymilk, tapioca and salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
2. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Cut up two bananas and add them to the pudding.
4. Put it on a small brown bowl, sprinkle with some sliced almonds on top.
5. Pour rum and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

SERVING
6. Serve after a hearty meal.
