Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  Chocolate 4 Ounce (baker's)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over a low heat and add the sugar.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Take 3 tablespoons of the cold milk and mix it with the cornstarch to make a smooth, lump-free paste.
Add the rest of the milk to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
Add the cornstarch paste to the chocolate mixture.
Continue to stir thoroughly and cook over a low heat for about 15 minutes, until nice and thick.
Pour into individual cups or moulds and chill for 1 hour.
