1 1/2 cups seedless raisins
1 1/2 cups currants
1 1/2 cups sultana raisins
1 1/2 cups seeded raisins
1 cup cut up cooked prunes
1/4 lb. candied cherries, cut in halves
1 cup blanched almonds, chopped
3 cups ground suet
1 cup brown sugar, packed
Mix thoroughly fruit, nuts, suet, brown sugar, bread crumbs and apple in a very large bowl.
Measure flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and spices into sifter, and sift together over fruit.
Mix thoroughly so fruit is well coated with flour.
