|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped dried seedless grapes||8 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Peel, core and halve them.
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and make a syrup.
Put pear halves in syrup and simmer for two minutes.
Remove from fire.
Drain pear halves and grapes when syrup is cold.
Beat cream until thick.
Add grapes, sugar and some chopped glazed cherries.
Spread this cream filling equally on pear halves.
Place cherry in the centre of each.
Arrange on a plate.
Pour remaining syrup.
Chill before use.
