|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Whipped topping||2 Tablespoon|
|Toffee bits/Almond brickie chips||2 Teaspoon (English Toffee)|
In a blender, combine the first six ingredients; cover and process until smooth.
Pour into a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cook and stir 1 minute longer or until thickened.
Remove from the heat; stir in the butter and vanilla.
Pour pudding into two dessert dishes.
Serve warm or chilled.
Garnish with whipped topping and toffee bits.
