Pear Pudding In Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Dates 125 Gram, chopped
  Pears 3 Large
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (From 1 1/2 Liter Milk)
  Cream/Top of milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 3 Tablespoon
For sauce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Glazed cherries 2 Tablespoon
  Walnuts/Cashew nuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 6 Drop
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash, peel, core and halve pears.
Combine 1 cup sugar and 3/4 cup water in a saucepan and make syrup.
Simmer pear halves in syrup for two minutes.
Remove from heat.
Drain halves when syrup is cold.
Bring extra syrup to boil.
Blend cornflour with two tablespoons water and lemon juice.
Add it to boiling syrup.
Cook until transparent and clear.
Cool.
Combine cottage cheese, dates, some chopped glazed cherries, powdered sugar, nuts and essence.
Thicken cream by beating and add to above.
Spread it equally on pear halves.
Top with cherries.
Arrange them in a slightly deep serving dish.
Pour lemon sauce around.
Chill before serving.
