Tomato Pudding

Ingredients
  Canned tomato puree 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Inch Pieces)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine tomato puree and water in a saucepan.
Add sugar and salt; boil 5 minutes.
Place bread in a 1-quart casserole.
Pour butter over bread.
Add tomato mixture.
Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
