|Chopped pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sooji||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cashews||1 Tablespoon, cut into pieces|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Melted ghee/Clarified butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Cardamom powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Yellow colour||1 Pinch|
First heat a pan, add pineapple pieces and 2 tbsp sugar. Mix it well and cook till pineapple are tender.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry raisins and cashews and keep aside.
In the same pan fry sooji till the raw smell has gone.
Now add boiling water and pineapple pieces and mix it well. Cover and keep till all the water evaporates.
Now add the sugar, fried cashew and raisins. Mix well.
Cover and cook on a low flame till its dry. Now sprinkle cardamom powder and mix it well.
