Crunchy Pudding Squares
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix/Vanilla pudding and pie filling mix||4 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size)|
|Graham cracker crumbs/Pre-packaged crumbs||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (20 Squares)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In 4-cup measure, combine milk and pudding mix.
Cook uncovered, 5 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring occasionally during last half of cooking time.
In mixing bowl, soften butter (10 sec).
Stir in cracker crumbs, sugar and peanut butter, mixing until crumbly.
Press 3/4 of mixture on bottom of 1 1/2 -quart (10 x 6) or 2-quart (8 x 8) baking dish.
Top with pudding, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
