Fruit Pudding Delight

  Canned pineapple chunks 80 Ounce, drained, reserve 1 cup juice (4 Cans, 20 Ounce Each)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 22 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 11 Ounce Each)
  Maraschino cherries 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Bananas 6 Large, cut into bite size pieces
  Grape nut cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant vanilla pudding 6 Ounce (Regular / Sugar Free, 1 Large Package)

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup.
Combine fruit and 1cup Grape-Nuts in a large bowl; toss gently.
Combine pudding with reserved pineapple juice in a mixing bowl.
Beat on high speed of electric mixer one minute.
Pour pudding over fruit and Grape-Nuts to coat well.
