Fruit Pudding Delight
|Canned pineapple chunks||80 Ounce, drained, reserve 1 cup juice (4 Cans, 20 Ounce Each)|
|Canned mandarin orange sections||22 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 11 Ounce Each)|
|Maraschino cherries||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Bananas||6 Large, cut into bite size pieces|
|Grape nut cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant vanilla pudding||6 Ounce (Regular / Sugar Free, 1 Large Package)|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup.
Combine fruit and 1cup Grape-Nuts in a large bowl; toss gently.
Combine pudding with reserved pineapple juice in a mixing bowl.
Beat on high speed of electric mixer one minute.
Pour pudding over fruit and Grape-Nuts to coat well.
