Savory Bread Pudding
|Bread slice||8 , crusts removed|
|Ham/Cold roast meat/garlic sausage||12 Ounce (350 Gram)|
|Milk||15 Fluid Ounce (375 Milliliter)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Cheddar cheese||3 Ounce, grated (75 Gram)|
1. Spread the bread with butter or margarine then place 4 slices in the base of an 8in/20cm shallow ovenproof dish.
2. Slice the cold meat and layer over the bread, topping with the remaining slices, buttered sides up.
3. Beat together the eggs and milk, add a little salt and pepper and pour over the bread. Leave for 15-20 min.
4. Sprinkle the cheese over the dish then cook on the low rack at Combination for 30-35 min.
