Banana Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 2 , mashed
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mashed cooked sweet potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2 , lightly beaten
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Turn into a well-buttered 1-quart baking dish or casserole and bake for about 45 minutes, or until set and browned on top.
