Fruity Bread Pudding
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon/Finely shredded orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry bread cubes||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Raisins/Snipped dried apricots||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In mixing bowl beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon or orange peel, vanilla, and salt.
Place bread cubes in an 8x1 1/2-inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle raisins or apricots over bread.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 325° till knife inserted off-center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
