Fruity Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon/Finely shredded orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry bread cubes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Raisins/Snipped dried apricots 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon or orange peel, vanilla, and salt.
Place bread cubes in an 8x1 1/2-inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle raisins or apricots over bread.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 325° till knife inserted off-center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool slightly.
