Julie Biuso, famous New Zealand food literature and cookbook author, cooks with her daughter Ilaria from her kitchen in Auckland. In this segment, Julie and Ilaria show how to make an easy but delicious Rice Pudding.
Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caster sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Whole milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vanilla seed 1 Pinch (freshly taken from vanilla pod)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, add rice, caster sugar and gently mix them. Pour in the milk.
3. Add vanilla seeds and mix altogether.
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve the Rice Pudding warm or chilled.
