Rice Date Pudding

|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), snipped (pitted)|
|Long grain rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (uncooked)|
1. Preheat oven to 350Â° F.
2. Combine skim milk, dates, rice and salt in 3-cup ovenproof mold, baking dish or small casserole.
3. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, until thickened and creamy; stir three or four times during cooking period.
