Mocha Bread Pudding With Caramel Sauce
|French bread loaf||1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes to make 9 cups|
|Granulated sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freeze dried coffee||1 Tablespoon (Original Blend)|
|Evaporated skimmed milk/Evaporated low fat milk||24 Fluid Ounce, divided (2 Cans, 12 Fluid Ounce Each / 3 Cups)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Caramel sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
PLACE bread cubes in greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine sugar, cocoa and coffee granules in small bowl.
BEAT eggs, 2 2/3 cups evaporated milk and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended; stir in sugar mixture.
Pour over bread, pressing bread into milk mixture.
BAKE in preheated 350° F. oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
