Mocha Bread Pudding With Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
  French bread loaf 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes to make 9 cups
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freeze dried coffee 1 Tablespoon (Original Blend)
  Eggs 4
  Evaporated skimmed milk/Evaporated low fat milk 24 Fluid Ounce, divided (2 Cans, 12 Fluid Ounce Each / 3 Cups)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Caramel sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

PLACE bread cubes in greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine sugar, cocoa and coffee granules in small bowl.
BEAT eggs, 2 2/3 cups evaporated milk and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended; stir in sugar mixture.
Pour over bread, pressing bread into milk mixture.
BAKE in preheated 350° F. oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
