Grapefruit Snow Pudding

  Unsweetened gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Grapefruit 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Concentrated acesulfame k 8 Gram (4 Packets, 2 Gram Each)
  Egg whites 2

Soak the gelatin in the cold water for about five minutes; add the boiling water, then add the acesulfame-K.
Stir to dissolve the gelatin.
Add the fruit juices and grapefruit, cut in small pieces.
Cool, and when the gelatin begins to stiffen, beat until frothy.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold them into the grapefruit mixture.
Turn into a bowl and chill.
When serving, garnish with sections of grapefruit.
