|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||3 , well beaten|
|Baking chocolate||2 Ounce (2 Blocks, Hershey's)|
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan; gradually stir in milk and egg yolks.
Add baking chocolate, broken into pieces; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
Boil and stir one minute; remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla; pour into individual serving dishes.
