Bread And Butter Pudding is made by layering slices of buttered bread and is one of those classic old English recipes that everyone loves. Bread and Butter Pudding is one of the easiest puddings to make and are a favorite with almost every age group. So cook it for your near and dear ones and serve it with love!
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon, softened
  White bread slice 12
  Ground cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 8" by 8" baking dish. Spread butter or margarine on bread slices. Arrange 4 slices of bread in dish in 1 layer, overlapping slightly if necessary; sprinkle lightly with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Repeat, making 2 more layers.
2. In medium-sized bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and eggs until well mixed. Pour egg mixture over bread slices. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, until knife inserted in center of pudding comes out clean.
