|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
In a small bowl, soften gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Combine egg, honey, and buttermilk, then blend with the gelatin mixture.
Chill until it starts to thicken.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and refrigerate until set.
