Dark Chocolate Pudding
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||24 Fluid Ounce (2 Can)|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in medium saucepan.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Stir in morsels and egg yolks.
Bring to a slow boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.
Pour pudding into dessert cups.
