Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Sourdough bread loaf 1⁄2
  Evaporated skim milk 12 Ounce
  Unsweetened applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 4
Directions

Cut the bread slices into cubes; place them on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the tray in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 minutes.
Combine all the other ingredients and add the bread.
Toss well and place in an ovenproof baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
Place this baking dish in a large pan of water filled nearly to the top of the baking dish, and place the pan in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven.
Bake for 40 minutes.
