  Low calorie nonfat vanilla yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pumpkin puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar substitute 1⁄2 Gram (To Equal 1 Teaspoon Sugar)
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie whipped topping 2 Tablespoon (8 Calories Per Tablespoon)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except whipped topping and cinnamon, until blended.
