Wine Pudding

Ingredients
  Dry white wine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat wine and water in top of double boiler over boiling water until lukewarm.
2. Using wire whisk, beat in slightly beaten eggs and sugar. Beat vigorously until mixture thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat; continue beating to cool slightly. Pour into 4 dessert dishes; chill for 1 hour.
