|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat milk in a 1-quart measure, cooking 2 to 3 minutes on high, or until almost boiling.
Combine eggs, sugar and salt in a 2 quart casserole.
Stir in scalded milk.
Mix with rice, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla.
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on low power, or until set.
